Pimple Spot cream/gel

What's your holy grail pimple spot cream/gel? I'm currently using the I'm From Mugwort Spot Gel. It works well but I think it's too gentle for big cystic acne.

not recommend any brand but i recommend you SA gel, dry your pimple in just one night

haven't heard of propolis as spot treatment. can you recommend a brand?

I use SBC propolis gel, but I'm not sure if that's available where you live. you can get pure propolis gel from any drugstore. it works and its alot more gentle for the skin. you should read up on it. it's one if natures best ingredients xxx
