A boring answer, but spf!! It will protect you skin by preventing skin aging from the sun’s UV rays. Plus, most sunscreens have hydrating ingredients, and It’s easier to maintain skin’s elasticity than try to get it back once it’s too late.

Thank you for your kind advise. To be honest, I am afraid retinoids!!!! I'm a doctor and I heard and read,that vit. A derivates are having neoplastic potential for our organism.😶 And also I have bad family history of skin cancer......So may be it's not mine ingredient. I prefer to skip it. Anyway, thank you for your time and kind answer!!!!!
