Sunscreen Cheat Sheet (Part 2)

I know how everyone just loves sunscreen and can't get enough of it ๐Ÿคฉ So, here is Part 2 of the Sunscreen Cheat Sheet, highlighting the tips & tricks of (re)application There is no such thing as a waterproof sunscreen but they can be water resistant! Generally, "sports" sunscreen just means (very) water resistant sunscreens. ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐˜† ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ท๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ In general, "baby" or "sensitive" sunscreens are physical sunscreens with minimal allergens/irritants. Everyone can use "baby" sunscreens, they are definitely not exclusively for babies or kids! Most people do not use enough sunscreen. If you are ever in doubt, apply more than you think you should. Rule of thumb, use a generous amount of 2 fingers lengths to cover your entire face and an entire palm for your body! ๐——๐—ผ๐—ป'๐˜ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฝ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฒ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐˜€ The UV radiation from the sun can also damage our scalp, hair and eyes. So, don't forget to wear your wide brim hat and sunglasses. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜† Reapplication is crucial especially if you are out and about. Our skin is bumpy and requires reapplication to achieve an even coat! The sunscreen on our screen is also rubbed off throughout the day. So, don't forget to reapply every 2 hours. It is the gold standard but may not be the most practical! ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€ If the damage is done, try some of these tips: cool your skin with a cool shower or damp towel, keep it moisturised and avoid the sun! Hope you found this useful and stay tune for Part 3 โ˜€๏ธ โœจ Tell me some of your favourite sunscreen for your skin type! It's so informative! Thank you. Btw, I heard phone has a UV light too, then, is it dangerous for me to use phone in a dark place? Can it increase the eye diseases too?
