Depends on if youβre curious about physical exfoliation with scrubs/tools, or chemical exfoliants with serums and such. Iβd recommend steering clear of physical exfoliation as it tends to cause small tears that damage the skin π¬ For chemical exfoliants, dermatologists say to only exfoliate 1-2 times per week since it takes almost a month for our skin to fully regenerate! A few products - like salicylic acid cleansers - can be used daily, since theyβre a quick rinse-off. But products intended for chemical exfoliation really should be only once or twice a week β start with once and see how your skin does π Good luck! π

It really depends on your skin and what products you use but I think 2-3 times a week is good :)
At first I would slowly introduce the product.
