I've seen many dermatologists on YouTube talk about LED devices and they all agree that most at home devices don't actually do anything. There are a few that are suitably designed but they cost hundreds if not thousands. So I think it's safe to assume that something this cheap from Alibaba won't do anything good (not to mention may harm your skin and/or eyes).
I would highly suggest you go to a professional for light therapy sessions if that's what you really want to try. Otherwise Picky community is here to help you through your acne journey. I know it's frustrating but patience is key (and staying away from dodgy devices 😊)

well it really depends on what kind of acne you have and since you have a different skin type, my personal experience might not be applicable to you.
it might be helpful if you started a new discussion describing your skin concerns and what have you tried so far, so that others who have more similar skin type to yours be able to guide you.
but general tips are to make sure you help your skin heal by providing hydration and moisture, be patient with your skin and don't pick it, consider how your hormones may be affecting your skin (stress, sleep, diet etc), make sure you double cleanse and wear non comedogenic sunscreen, and the best ingredient to treat acne is salicylic acid (however you may want to try gentler BHAs if your skin is very dry). ah and don't use make up wipes! big no no.
it's a learning curve and something that works wonders for one person, may not work for someone else. you have to get to know your own skin 💜
