Yes, and you can use facial mist as toner. If it comes to toner, make sure the droplets are fine, since sometimes toners have tiny droplets and sometimes it feels like you splash water on your face

i sometimes put my toner in a spray bottle cos its much easier to apply this way. but it has to be a watery toner.
