never too early to start wearing sunscreen everyday! prevention > treatment. but to address signs of aging, I've seen it recommended that we start on retinoids usually around our mid-twenties.

I agree! Sunscreen and other skincare products that have sunscreen in them, started at an early age, for me! Even my lip products!

I think you can start whenever. itโ€™s better to start to prevent aging rather than wait and try to reverse aging . just like itโ€™s easier to start weeding a garden as you go rather than wait until itโ€™s a big problem and try to fix it. if damage is done itโ€™s already done
