Hi, usual shipping period takes 6 weeks, if it's mega giveaway, it will take even longer so don't worry. There are times the goods will reach your place even without you getting any shipping updates. if it's nearing the deadline and you have yet to receive anything, just fill in the form and in the part "Have you receive the product" just choose "No" will do.
