There’s not really any cleansers that do that. Clenasers do what they say, just cleanse. If you are looking for something for hyperpigmentation, look for serums or toners with Vitamin C, alpha arbutin, tranexamic acid, licorice root.

thank you, i just wanted to start with something mild first like cleansers and rinse off masks, and then add leave in products like serums and creams

the Hadalabo's Shirojyun is a whitening cleanser but honestly you'll need a whole routine and/or a serum to help. because cleansers can't do the job alone.

i bought a vitamin c cleanser to help a littte more. i mean it won’t do the job alone. feels fresh! ☺️

I may be wrong but a cleanser can’t do more than cleanse , it can’t change structure in the skin . it spends too short of a time on your skin to have an effect on hyperpigmentation. Probably a toner/serum routine can do that and that is a long term commitment.
