Actually you can search product with ingredient like niacinamide (<= 5%), tranexamic acid, kojic acid, etc
For blackhead concern, you can use ingredient like AHA family (glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid), or PHA (the most gentle). They are good to sensitive skin. Please patch test first.
If you want wash your face without make your skin more dry, i think you should pick a gentle cleanser with fragrance free. I like use qv gentle wash as my cleanser

Any of the following ingredients work well to brighten skin & help with hyperpigmentation:
- Vitamin C
- Arbutin
- Tranexamic Acid
- Kojic acid
- Azelaic acid (possibly the gentlest amongst the ones mentioned)
Although if you want help with blackheads, I think BHA would be the way to go! I highly recommend YTTP's Mandelic Acid Unity Exfoliant, it's made for people with sensitive skin & includes everything from BHA, AHA to PHA. Personally, I prefer it over Paula's Choice famous BHA because I find that PC's product leaves a greasy look & feel to my skin after use. Hope this helps :)

I'm really enjoying using niacinamide, tranexamic acid, vitamin C and alpha arbutin.
I use niacinamide and vitamin C in the mornings and the others ones at night!
Also, I apply 2-3 days a week salicylic acid!!
And the most important part is using sunscreen everyday to prevent more damage.
As you have sensitive skin I would start using only one ingredient and once a week so you can slowly increase you tolerance.
