usually it's better to try max 5% of niacin for beginners and that's me as well bcuz there are skin can't tolerate 10% niacin which also me as well ๐Ÿ˜‚ 5% is actually is the most common % for every-day uses ^^

It depends. For me, the answer is 0. I get red bumps and my skin gets irritated. Some propel are fine in the beginning and after some weeks they even get what it looks like burns. Some can tolerate 10% for months at a time.

i use 10% on my dry skin and it does wonders and its amazing!But for a beginner i agree on the 5% one ,always starting with a small % and going up is a yes !โ˜บ๏ธ
