Absolutely not necessary, but I use them occassionally when my skin is particularly dry and dehydrated. I find my skin feels so much better the next day. It's mostly a winter thing that I'll do once or twice a month (or if I feel like I need to pamper myself).

Agree 100%, not necessary at all, I've only noticed a slight different with hydrating or moisturizing masks that last about 24 hours or until you wash your face again. The most moisturizing I've found so far is Hue Calm Birch hydrating mask

Not necessary in your daily routine but nice product to add when you want to pamper yourself or you need an immediate boost of hydration or something. Also, I agree with you in terms of waste. It creates a lot of wastes from its individual packagings to the sheet mask itself. But sometimes, itโs really nice to put on a sheet mask even just once a week haha. Iโm personally eyeing the sheet mask box from mary & may, it contains 30pcs of sheet masks in one box, so it helps a bit it minimizing packaging waste. ๐

Definitely, it's not necessary!
I'm not a fan of sheet masks ๐
I find there's too much materials wasted for a one time use product.

Not necessary in most peopleโs routines but I personally apply one every night and to be honest my skin has never looked better. So dewy and fresh.
I have hundreds of sheet masks in my cupboard ๐

It's not necessary, I only use it like 1-2 twice a week and only on the days that I need to feel relax.
