I would personally stop using any actives and stay away from products with fragrance. Start by using products with ceramides and if you have products with allantoin, aloe, licorice root, Cica you could use those to try and calm the skin. I would calm the skin and see if the itchy bumps go away, cuz if they do you might be having an allergic reaction to a product you used

the best ingredients can be anything but fragrance, actives, colorant, harsh surfactants, essential oils definitely the ingredient you will want to stay away from. start from only using ingredients like ceramides, aloe vera, cica, heartleaf, noni, glycerin, squalane, beta glucan, and i think peptide also okay. never skip moisturizer and spf is the key, and while cleansing, avoid harsh circular movements on your skin and try to be gentle 💜

I'm not sure about best but when my sensitive skin acts up, I switch to soothing hydrating products which contain mugworth, centella or ceramide.
They help add moisture to the skin while clearing breakouts, calming redness and soothing irritations.
