Moisturizer best for hot humid climate

Which one would be best suited to use on AM routine during summer and I live in hot humid place near the tropics. Help me choose between the two ....I have combination sensitive skin and i don't face the issue of dehydration during summer month. If you have more better option please feel free to comment down too...

I would probably go with the gel cream. Gels are easier to absorb especially when in a hot climate. Seeing as you have oily skin a gel is probably better anyways.
