clay masks don’t provide much benefit other than temporarily soaking up some excess oils on your face. I’ll tag A clay mask thats commonly recommended by dermatologists like Dr Dray.
You just add water and voila!

I like this one at the moment. It is calming, not drying at all, and provide gentle exfoliation. It leaves my skin very soft 😊

what “help” does your skin need sis? If you’re dry/senstivie, clay masks would be a big No No!
you need something nourishing and hydrating, clay does the opposite.
