Body Exfoliation ft. Chemical vs physical

Why I switched to body chemical exfoliation ? When I started waxing my legs, I noticed chicken like skin (strawberry like) in some areas, I was terrified as I never had such problem before waxing. However I tried scrubbing but it gave results for small duration. I started using chemical exfoliation @beminimalist__ for a month now, along with lactic acid body lotion. Yes, it helped me a lot. My skin feels so smooth , pigmentation & tanning is reduced. I never forget to apply body lotion twice a day. Do try and let me know your views too. Hope it helps you too. I have been using Spf 30 body lotion every day. Body lotions recommended for chicken skin

it sure does feel good to use a body scrub sometimes though doesn’t it? I think the benefit of a scrub is that it increases circulation although you just have to be careful not to use anything too harsh that could cause micro tears in the skin.
