I'm not really a facial oil person but when I do use it, it'll always be at the last step. That or I mix in the oil with moisturiser. So if it were me, azelaic acid > moisturiser > facial oil

I would go with serum > active ingredient (AzA) > moisturiser

I’d also do azelaic acid suspension > midnight blue cream > oil.

This would go in the serum step, if you use multiple serums, you’d apply this just before a moisturizer

ahsould be azelaic acid, moisturizer and seal it up with oil
