All the derms recommend a benzoyl peroxide wash for body acne! apply and leave on for 3-4 mins before washing off. I personally really like it as well!

I used to have body acne too. But then I tried the herb or grean tea, shea butter soaps (those that have little crushed seeds that can exfoliate my skin (I bought from Marshall's) and wash my bed sheets weekly, and wash my blanket and pillow biweekly. I shower right after the I workout, I don't let the sweat to stay on my body long enough that they get dry. also use the right body moisturizer, maybe over moisture or under moisture is the cause. now occasionally I get one big pimples, I use spot treatment (the same one for my face) like one or two times and the pimples is gone.
