If you don't get any update after 5-7 business days I would recommend reaching out to their customer service. I have heard quite a bit of stories about them not fulfilling orders unless contacted directly by customers...

Oh wow this doesn't sound good... I thought that they are popular due to their low prices and large products range. Last time I got my order shipped only after I contacted them via email... I get it they might be busy but damn.

Well I usually get mine shipped within 4 days and then they arrive in 2 weeks^^ But if they have big promotions going on then it will take longer😥 Try check if your payment went through, cause they never took that long with me

Hello! :) My payment went through. From my previous two orders it takes roughly 2-3 weeks for my parcels to arrive although I noticed other people from the UK receive their orders quicker on average. First time I ordered just before Christmas and it was the pandemic issue so it made sense it took so long for the parcel to arrive...

It depends what you order as some items are available in stock and get shipped in a couple of days. Others take longer. Once I had to wait for 5-6 weeks, whilst last time the items arrived in just under 2 weeks from ordering because all items were in stock.

I am aware of this issue so I made sure to check that all the items that I have ordered were in stock at the moment of placing the order and immediately after placing it. I will patiently wait for my order while trying to use the rest of my skincare up so I don't end up hoarding more products. 😂

not in the UK but had a horrible experience with Stylevana so i figured i would put my two cents in. they did not ship my 2 items after 10 days and they did that only because I already issued a refund claim on PayPal. i wanted my refund and issued it through PayPal thinking it’ll be easier, but nothing. they “shipped” my items after i stated multiple times to their customer service via email that i did not want the items and just wanted a refund. when the items shipped, thinking that this nightmare would be over, they haven’t even arrived yet. they told me it should not take longer than 2 weeks, yet when i put in the tracking code i get no updates whatsoever, just says my label was created. in other words, my package could probably still be at their warehouse right now. but who knows. just know you are better off buying from literally anywhere else

I am sorry you had this experience. I think they would preffer if you would wait a little longer to receive your order usually...
