Moisturiser recommendations?

I would like to find a non comedogenic moisturiser, preferably more water based because i think thick moisturisers are too heavy for my skin. I appreciate any recommendations! Thank you!! about me: -i live in singapore so its really humid and hot -i have oily skin so it gets really oily especially with the weather
