Retinal Eye Serum every night?

Hellloo dear Picky Community, I purchased recently the Ginseng Retinal Eye Serum from BOJ and I'm wondering if I can use it every evening? As I know for retinol ingredients that you should not use it everyday on your whole face when you have a sensitive skin but does this count also for they undereye area? I could not find any info online so I hope maybe someone here can answer me this question 🙃

if you’re a beginner to retinal, I’d recommend to use it like 2-3 times a week. after a period of time and your skin has gotten used to retinal , you could use it everyday. I’d say it’s a myth that retinal can’t be used everyday, it depends on the concentration of retinal and whether you have used it before.

thanks! I just thought maybe the eyecreams might have a lower concentration which are meant to be used every night and I wasnt so sure about - but I rather be careful and use it 2-3 times a week I guess 🤔

I've been using this every night myself without issues, but then again my skin is already used to retinol. BOJ uses encapsulated retinal which makes it less irritating, so it should be fine to use daily. You can always start incorporating it into your routine slowly first and observe how your skin reacts to it before increasing usage

I would recommend patch testing the product and starting low and slow to see how tolerant your skin is to the product. If you feel like your skin could handle the daily use of the product after that, go for it.
