Red little bumps on the cheeks

Hello! I've noticed these little red bumps, on both of my cheeks, that are close to each other? I don't know what might have caused them? How should I treat them? I am using my skincare routine and sunscreen, they appeared two weeks ago. They don't appear very well on camera, I hope U can see them.

Are they raised? I wonder if they're clogged pores that have become inflamed?? I'm not a dermatologist, I really don't know.
