Oily/Sensitive
A good hair oil is really good essential in keeping my hair frizz free and hydrated personally. I like the Olaplex No. 9 oil but thereโs lots of options out there. I like to layer an oil over a leave in conditioner both applied on damp, towel dried hair.

A heated hair cap you put over your head during your treatments. Rinse with lukewarm/coldest water. Air dry hair avoid heating tools Hair dryers, curling iron, etc. Use a fragrance free shampoo. Get your hair trimmed to get rid of the dried ends. After Shampooing and Conditioner use a leave Conditioner and a serum with Argan oil in it. I use these two products for my hair and I love them. Also try using silk or satin pillow cases. They don't rough up hair as much as a cotton pillowcase.

sleeping with a night cap or putting your hair in a fluffy sock has honestly helped so much with my frizzy hair. It really seals in all the products I use
