I hope you feel better soon. The skin reflects the inner health. Even if you had been doing your regular routine, your skin would probably still be showing signs of your illness. maybe a clay mask or something else would help to draw out those signs and detox your skin. Then you might try rebuilding this skin barrier.

I hope you get better soon! I sometimes slack on skincare when I'm not feeling good, but even if you can keep some items next to you on a nightstand or something like that. I usually wouldn't use wipes, but when you're unable to do your normal skincare routine, this is when I would use them. I use Epielle Cucumber Wipes and they work great!
