tiny bumps according to me is when i feel skin surface is uneven to touch and have some dots/bumps, if that’s what you mean. i like to use Paula’s choice exfoliate for 3 nights or sometimes on days followed by sunscreen. I’ve been using this product for almost 2 years. it does makes the skin super smooth.

These work for me. Try to rest and take good sleep. Use less products just in case overwhelming your irritated skin. Let skin take a rest too. Krave beauty toner just use 1-2 times per week. That’s 5%. Cosrx AHA/BHA toner, you can use everyday. Baciel toner is so soothing, use as essence/toner. Oily skin use Scinic simple lotion, only 19 ingredients. If you have dry skin, use illiyoon cream. rovectin cleanser is so gentle for the skin. Wish that help.

I would suggest visiting a dermatologist, because what you've described kinda sounds like fungal acne and IF it really is that then you have to look out for fungal acne safe skincare ^-^
