yes & layer them too before u rinse it all off, this works for me. I've been layering all my skincare products for over a year now & it does wonders for me. try it out

If you like it then do it. The more the better 😆😆😆 But honestly you can use more than one toner on your routine as long as their ingredients don't clash..
