I don't go under the sun before 5 or 6pm. if I do, I wear SPF50+, my hat and i always have a thermal water mist with me.

same with the thermal water mist. Although last summer I used a very watery toner, it did the job too

Sunscreens are a must while I find wearing a large brim hat very helpful for avoiding the sun. I would also suggest drinking plenty of water for hydration. Avoiding going outside during peak hours if possible. Keep Aloe Vera handy for those unexpected sunburns.

Oily/Resilient
yes, aloe vera is a must for hydration, i use it a lot since my skin is oily and doesn't like much other moisturizers!
