You need to pick it from the link they sent you. They have seperate stock for trial winners. I once won a beauty trial for a product that was not sold anymore, so it wasn't on the website. But when you click the link in your email you get the "Free gift" item which you can add to cart :) then checkout from there

It happened on an order that had a free YesStyle Influencer product and something I ordered was out of stock for 3 weeks. All was held until it came in stock, the order was shipped a week after that, including the free item that required a review.

i have the same issue! i won the yesstyle beauty trial for klairs and it’s not available after claiming the item and adding it in my cart. i contacted yesstyle about it but haven’t heard back yet 😔

oh sad.claim it before 1 month of email they sent to you otherwise it will expire
