How to get rid of these ?

I ran out of moisturizer nd currently m using klairs midnight blue calming cream as moisturizer nd these were gone before but came back now. Pls tell me what to do of it nd recommend me a good moisturizer, toner and gently chemical exfoliator for it. ( I don't wanna use any physical scrub on my face or any concentrated serum or retinol products coz m in my teens these will be too harsh for my skin I guess )
