Can niacinamide mixed with ceramide?

My skin barrier is damaged and apparently these two ingredients help. I'm thinking of using BOJ Ginseng Essence Water (contains niacinamide) and then moisturize with Heimish Moringa Hydrating Cream (contains ceramide). Will there be side effects?

Yes, combining niacinamide and ceramides can help soothe sensitive or inflamed skin. The pairing of niacinamide with ceramides can contribute to both immediate, visible results and the long-term visible improvement of skin’s appearance and hydration. If am using Niacinamide I was told not to mix it with vitamin C and hydroxy acids, but Niacinamide would work well with ceramides to comfort the skin in different ways.So far its been comforting to my skin.

Ceramides are not an active and therefore they play wel with just about everything, it’s usually only if you mix multiple actives like vitamin C and retinol that you will see problems, but many actives also can be mixed, for instance niacinamide and AHA or BHA can play very well together of your skin can handle it, even niacinamide and vitamin c can be used together if you let your vitamin c absorb well first before using niacinamide, hope this helps πŸ’™
