How much do you care about packaging? 🤔

title says it all, ive seen ppl talking about it and id love to hear from everyone!!!
for me, as long as the product functions idrc about it, at least aesthetically. Pretty packaging is a nice bonus but not a major selling point, yk?
what do the rest of y'all think? how important is it in the long run?? does it impact your review???

Cute packaging is always a plus but it always comes with setback like how to store it, and the product quantity . The product and how effective it is, really is all that matters!

I don’t care much about the beauty of the packaging. But the functionality is much more important, for example, packaging without air and light access (not the bottle with dropper) for retinoids and ascorbic acid to prevent oxidation.

I’d like to say I don’t care, but I LOVE gimmicky packaging like I bought a spot treatment just cause it looked like a syringe.

And I hate jars so I try to avoid them
