Getting hair treatments at a salon help rejuventae back my hair and I maintain it with hair oil. I make sure to always apply heat protectant spray everytime I style my hair. Also I switch my conditioner to a treatment type for a silky hair

I have extremely dry hair due to complex medical issues and these helped my hair. The. Milbon is a Japanese brand that is based on science. I get their “repair” in salon conditioning treatment and it comes with 5 tubes of the salon equivalent conditioning treatment. It lasts 5 weeks. It’s a fantastic line. Hoping you will find a great product to help you.

Are they just dry or are they also Split? Because if they are split a trim is the best option don’t get wrong products can smooth things out and help hydrate the hair but after so much hair does need a trim and if they split and you are trying grow you hair a trim does help because those split and dry ends with eventually break off which is counter active to your goal , as a former hair dresser who still has access to purchase professional grade hair products I use the Moroccan oil treatment and really find it helps I use it after towel drying my hair and leave it In also a leave in detangler can help too I like either the milk shake incredible milk or the live clean Moroccan oil one (this one isn’t professional and I couldn’t find to tag) and if you are heat styling you should use a heat protectant always again Moroccan oil has a great one Also all brands mentioned are cruelty free

I haven’t found a product that solve that problem. Usually I just go to the salon & simply have a haircut. 🙃
