StyleVana - Yay or Nay?

Hi, Pickies! I’ve made my 3rd order on SV on November 10th, recieved email that it left their warehouse ( In HK) y’day, like a month and a half after the fact. It’s probably going to take another month to get here. 1. My first order with them came in a month’s time ( I was ready for it, so no problem with that), and was left at my front door (again no problem) 2. My second order came 45 days after I placed the order (I naively thought that it will be the same amount of time, thinking a month is the longest it takes). By the time it arrived I was travelling in another country (without the skincare stuff that I wanted to take with me). The courier did not leave it at my house (my friends were picking up our mail so it was not going to be a problem), but instead took it to the UPS store and notified me via email that they were sending it back to the shipper, and SVana was not doing anything about it! My friends couldn’t even get it cause they wanted to see my ID (which was with me in another country). It was a whole mess, gave me considerable amount of stress while abroad, but after 2 weeks we were able to resolve it. 3. You would think I learned from my mistakes and would not order from SVana again. But the process were awesome and I ordered bunch of my fave kbeauty products thinking that a month and a half would be plenty of time to get it in time for Christmas and give them as presents to my loved ones. If they deliver when I’m back to work after the holidays and then I will have to drag myself to a UPS store again I’m going to be so frustrated. I’m frustrated now! lol I was just wondering what y’all’s experience with them have been. I wouldn’t even have bothered with them in the first place, but I’ve seen Picky doing promotional stuff with them and thought they are trustworthy business, since I keep Picky in the highest of regards. So far it has been abysmal, to put it gently. This is the last time I order through them.

In general, in order to receive your orders faster, check the product status in the description before purchasing. It can be: 1 In Stock: Usually shipped within 24 hours 2 Usually shipped within 30 working days(here is the main word USUALLY😅 and Working Days) 3 I believe that there is one more items status - Usually shipped within 10-15 working days Select products only with the first status and you will receive your parcel faster.

1 Pick order from a list of orders 2 Click "View order" blue colored 3 Click "Check item(s) status" grey button 4 Scroll all items and look at the status 5 If you see status "Not fulfilled" this means that warehouse even doest have this particular item right now 6 Wait for changing status or write email to service and cancel this item(in email indicate your order number and item SKU number.
