Same here... I got the email with the tracking number just 2 days ago and the review deadline is January 19. Also, the tracking number doesn't show any result (blank page). I just emailed Picky Support about the issue.

I finally received the product today (January 24), and it has a totally different tracking number. Hope you all receive it soon

I received it. Got shipping notification on the 11th. Mine was shipped by an online retailer within Canada, not directly from the brand. Very disappointed with the short deadline though. You should definitely fill out the google form and say you didn’t receive yet.

I filled out the Google form already, will do it again tomorrow since it is deadline. I also reached out to Picky since USPS says contact shipper and have no idea who they are. I have Informed Delivery and when I try to add the tracking number, it says it doesn’t exist. If I just do a tracking search, then it says USPS is waiting for package. IF it ever gets here, then Picky will need to give everyone an extension.

I got an email update from Picky extending the deadline until end of the month. So maybe Picky is aware of the problem?
