Dry + previously colored hair routine recommendations?

I had my hair partially bleached and colored 8 months ago. I wanted to grow my hair and just let my hair's bleached part be, but it's so dry (actually my entire hair is dry) and I really don't like it 😭😭😭 I haven't trimmed my hair for 3 months, and now it's grown down to my waist. I badly want to to keep my long hair, and focus on finding a routine that can treat frizzy, clumpy and dry hair. I have low porosity hair with MASSIVE hair loss too (though I'm not balding, I really need help w this) Any recommendations n tips?

Try the foxybae haircare line everything has biotin in it to help overall hair growth.ive been using their shampoos and conditioners for 3 years now and their 12in1 magic leave in conditioner cream/spray is a lifesaver for dry frizzy hair.last time i bleached my hair my lengths were so damaged and frizzy so I feel ur pain.in just a couple months my hair was back to healthy hair using those 3 listed products only.its a little pricey but the combo of ingredients in their products do wonders for your hair. The keratase night serum is very pricey but it really brings hair back to life too. Start using deep moisturizing rinse out hair masks instead of conditioner too.

My sis with colored hair likes these lines from L’Oréal Professionnel, the other product line isnt in the Picky database but it’s the L'Oréal Professionnel Absolut Repair Molecular line. She didn’t face hair loss to your degree but did deal with thinning and these products helped loads alongside a Biotin infused plant oil blend(its product I can’t remember but I’d hold off on oils until you know your scalp can handle it). I’d also definitely recommend incorporating trimming, a trim isn’t a full hair cut but just a little upkeep you can do to preserve some length while still handling the damage.

Dry/Resilient

You need to start oiling your hair!! Also purchase a leave-in hair oil. Take a pea sized amount every single day and rub it on your hair not scalp. Avoid using heat or use heat protectant spray. Trust me oiling is key!
