I would suggest a salicylic acid body wash and facial cleanser like these, they will help you with your acne, and at a reasonable price.

Retinoids worked for me 🙂 Start with a product with 0.2-0.3% retinol or 0.02-0.03% retinal and you should see the change 😉

Actually Bywishtrend recently came out with a 150ml version of this cream for the body ! They added exfoliating acids but reduced the concentration of bakuchiol.

Well, that’s the kind of problem that will probably require a dermatologist. In the meantime, this can help but I’m not sure it’ll entirely solve your issue as your acne is hormonal. Try using soothing and exfoliating products , but don’t exfoliate too often. Also in your case physical exfoliants like scrubs would likely aggravate your acne, so opt for a chemical one. For both the acne and marks a good option would be azelaic acid. It helps reduce occurrence of acne, kills acne bacteria, helps with redness, post inflammatory erythema and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Here are 3 recommendations, with 1 being an azelaic acid derivative so I don’t know if it’ll have the same effect. You can get the geek and gorgeous and face theory one on their respective websites. The face theory one is expensive but the other 2 are affordable.

Retinoids, tretinoin if possible, and lots of hydration. Toner layering works great for me, 5-7 toners from watery to milky textures. Light skincare penetrates the skin deeper as acne skin is thicker. Hope this helps 🤍

Honestly, from your own experience, first go to the doctor and dermatologist to have an analysis done to see your hormonal level. Cosmetics in our case, being hormonal, can only calm the area but will not eliminate acne.
