I currently use retinol yes, Iโve been on 0.5% for over a year now though and my skin has gotten pretty used to it, do you think I should up the percentage?

honestly some good old physical exfoliation wouldnโt hurt at all. of course not the harsh kind (and not too often)! hereโs some recs!!

I think this is the best cleanser! Also try a toner or solution with ingredients like salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or BHA may be best.
