I've tried the CeraVe lotion for my knees and elbows and my body loved it! Besides that I've tried the Neutrogena hydroboost gel and that worked incredibly for me too. Looking at the picture it definitely looks like your skin is extremely dehydrated so you can look into products that contain urea.
But if you're looking for exfoliants then the First Aid beauty scrub is a nice option.

KP kinda looks like you have goosebumps. I have it on my thighs. These products work but you have to be careful of sun exposure.

Nope! Not a goosebumps at all. I know the look of goosebumps. Mine are like a wavy texture of dry skin that isn't itchy but just super dry and rough. What I observed is I can literally grow strong nails that doesn't break easily and my hair is so fine almost thick which I never experience before and the nails as well. I think I have a high keratin in me ever since I get pregnant and now lactating. When I shower I use soft cloth and rubbed areas with dry skins and it does remove but it's still there. So I really need to exfoliate and find a good 'ol moisturizer.

I have it too!! still very much battling it day by day. I am not consistent in using products on my body, but I like a lot this serum for exfoliating without being harsh on the skin. centella is very calming too, so that can be useful for a sensitive skin!! for moisturizing, I always use a lightweight texture, like gel, and more than not i find myself reaching out for aloe vera. <33
