I am experiencing the same thing. I tried to contact the Picky Team for quite some times, but didn't get any responses.
Currently there's an issue with my giveaway package too, but since they never responded, I am too lazy to email them :(

Oh wow . . . They're not responding to multiple people?? What is going on! Now I'm worried and kind of hope I don't get picked to review the retinol lip products . . . sigh

I had a package randomly go to New York City. I live in Wisconsin. They did respond back and weren't much help, they said it was delivered to my house 3 months earlier. I emailed them back to point that out, but no response. I already owned the product so I just wrote a new review with it.

Omg! I live in New York City and had one of my packages go to Milkwaukee, Wisconsin! I would’ve done what you did but I figured it’s better to actually let them know I haven’t gotten stuff from a particular giveaway.
