I do both depending on what my skin feels like in the morning and when I last exfoliated. On days I know I’m going to use a liquid acid to exfoliate that morning, I only use water. The rest of the days I use a gentle enzyme powder or a gentle gel cleanser.

yes! these two are gentle and non stripping. I recommend you to check cleansing milks that are also very gentle for the skin
