Shipping info usually is send in a second email, some time after receiving the first email notifying you of your win. So those are two seperate emails with quite some time in between them. Did you receive the review form in your email? Fill that in and mark the box that says you haven't received the products. That way you won't get blacklisted.

Yes I did received that and always replied with “NO” with the question if I have received the items. Thanks for this, I’m relived! 🫶

You generally get the first email just saying you have won, if you need to update address your able to at that time. When the product ships you get a notification email saying shipping in progress and there is a tracking number.
