Not for normal/oily skin. May feel like a film is on your face but for my dry skin—I like and need it. It really builds hydration as opposed to deeply cleansing/stripping.

This is a great, basic, low PH cleanser! Chock full of good ingredients like niacinamide and ceramides. This was go to for years...a solid staple.
I have very dry skin in the winter...this does not leave the hydration I need at times. Cerave gentle foaming is my go to in the winter for the added moisture.

I like this cleanser because its very light and doesnt sting my face when applying.
It a light cleanser so it feels like the cleanser is sitting on top of your face. I like to combine it with my face scrub to get better results.
