The only very small thing was that the bottle doesn't have a cap, but you just turn the pump to on/off instead.

This is a very soothing and comforting serum. It is perfect to use after exfoliating when I need something more gentle. It is very lightweight but extremely hydrating. It didn't cause any breakouts and has earned a permanent spot in my routine.
I have not had any bad experiences with this product.
