The tacky finish helps to grip your foundation and keep it in place. The hydrating ingredients ensure your skin will have a nice radiant base for makeup application. I apply a very thin layer and let it settle for 1-2 min prior to foundation.
It’s a very good makeup primer. Nothing bad.
