Nothing good about this.
It’s extremely drying and has a fragrance. It’s marketed for dry skin but left feeling tight immediatly after using it. Why people are still putting perfume in products, i cannot tell. Stay away from this.

And it smells like a rose, and I don't like this smell in cosmetics, very rarely it is really pleasant.
