Rose Water Facial Toner
I enjoy the smell of this mist and find it refreshing as a spray for my face (or even body) on a hot summer day. It isn’t sticky, nor does it irritate my skin in any way. The price point is extremely reasonable.
I wouldn’t use this product as a “toner”, more of a facial mist. It doesn’t do much but smell pleasant.

It’s a cheap dope for the Mario badescu.
It’s basically just perfume for your face. Ir didn’t hydrate or have any noticeable effect. It has irritating ingredients

Refreshing and at least a little hydrating! Sometimes you just gotta get your face wet, yknow? I like the scent and how it makes my skin feel.
I guess people found this product underwhelming, but I wasn’t disappointed by it. I suppose the fragrance could also irritate sensitive skin.

I love this rose water spray as a little pick me up. It just smells so good. Sometimes I spray it in my hair if I want a little bit of fragrance or if my hairspray is feeling a bit crunchy. I sometimes use it as a setting spray. It''s not advertised ...
As a toner, it's ok. It has witch hazel, so it's good for a bit of soothing and that's it. Sometimes I feel like it actually makes my skin drier.. But for the price I literally use it on my body and hair for funzies.

Use it set my makeup. I’m not sure if it helps it last longer but it does kind of melt everything together and make it look natural
It kind of shoots out rather than misting. I also don’t notice any toning effects
