I wouldn't use this as a hydrating agent alone because I find that it sinks very quick into the skin, much like a water element. For summer it's the best thing, but for really dry skin i'd suggest combining it with something else for proper hydration...

Propolis Sparkle Ampoule
Pretty lightweight addition to your skincare routine. If you want that extra touch if moisture this could be a good option. Propolis is supposed to be anti-inflammatory and aid with healing of skin.
My skin can get pretty shiny throughout the day, so I do prefer products that dont add to that. Unfortunately, this does make my skin look shiny.
