Dear Hydration Toner
Has a watery texture with a nice floral scent. Quickly hydrates the skin.
I can't say any bad thing.

Dear Hydration Toner
Slightly thicker than the average toner texture, without having that dreaded sticky feeling. The mild scent doesn't bother me either, though judging by other reviews it might turn some people off.
While it's hydrating after applying, I think it doesn't help with KEEPING it moisturized as when I rinse with water in the mornings like I usually do, my face feels dry and a bit tight.
