Banila Co. - saschaskincare review for Dear Hydration Toner

“Water + water” sounds great, doesn’t it? I always love extra hydration and I am obsessed with toners, so I bought this beautifully packaged toner without any hesitation. It is definitely cleansing — when I use it on a cotton pad it does pick up leftover makeup and other impurities even after I have double cleansed my face. I can’t say though that it is indeed hydrating as I don’t notice a difference in how my skin feels like after using it.
