At first glance, this doesn't seem like much. No interesting texture. No attractive fragrance. It just feels like water splashed on to the skin. But I notice that on the days where the weather is a little or my cleanser is causing my skin to tighten....
I've had no negative experience with this.

This toner is very moisturising. I am surprised it gave hydration and moisturise my face so well Took a while to absorb Not so watery texture The packaging is good
However, i broke out after using it. My face grow pimple and feel itchy. Maybe got something inside this toner that doesnt suit my skin so well. Feeling tacky afterwards
